Pre Order Policy
A Pre Order is an order for an item that will be released in the future. Pre orders are announced in advance of the item being released. All Pre Orders placed and paid for are done so with the explicit understanding that these items will not be shipped until a future release date, which will usually remain unknown. This date could be in excess of 2 years on rare occasions.
All Pre Orders require a full payment to secure the item.
Should you wish to cancel your Pre Order before the item(s) have been released, we will refund your order with a 5% processing fee kept to cover payment gateway fees and other costs associated with managing your Pre Order.
Should you wish to cancel your Pre Order after the item(s) have been released, we will refund your order with a 25% restocking and processing fee kept to cover payment gateway fees, handling & other costs associated with managing your Pre Order.
Should the Manufacturer cancel the production of a model that you have Pre Ordered, your payment will be refunded in full.
Unless otherwise specified in the listing, all Pre Order images are for reference only. Pre Order items have not been produced when they are announced, therefore in most cases it is not possible to show an image of the actual item to be received. The images shown are either computer generated, prototype samples or sample images. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the item at any time from announcement until release. It is therefore important to understand that all Pre Orders placed are excepting of the fact that the final item received, may differ from the original image & returns or cancellations are not excepted for reasons of the change of design.

We do not charge Shipping on Pre Orders placed, however shipping is due before Pre Orders are sent to you. Our flat rate shipping costs apply, therefore when your Pre Order is available to you, you may place a separate order for in stock items and we will combine them with your Pre Order items. Alternatively, we can provide you with a Shipping Fee link and post your items once payment has been received.
Unless otherwise approved by a team member at Minivehicles.com.au beforehand, if a payment for shipping has not been received within 6 weeks of notification that your Pre Order has arrived, your Pre Order and your Payment will be forfeited in full.
It is up to you, the customer, to notify us in advance if your postal address has changed. We will ship your item to the address used when placing your Pre Order unless otherwise notified. If you would like your address changed, please Contact Us immediately to best avoid misplaced deliveries. If you do not advise us of your address change we are not liable if the item is shipped to the incorrect address and isn't returned to us. If it is returned to us, you are responsible for covering the return to sender costs and the new postage cost.
Please note: Changing your address in your account or placing a new order to a different address does not update the address on your previous orders. This does not count as notification of address change.
