All items sold on MiniVehicles are Brand New, handled only for storing & packing your order. We do not accept returns for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, however if you are at all unhappy with your items, for any reason, please Contact Us to discuss what options we may have available.
Please inspect your items upon receiving them, we provide 10 business days to lodge a claim of faulty goods, before we first must inspect the legitimacy of your claim. All claims after 10 business days will require the Authorised Australian Distributor to approve the return before any refund or replacement will be offered.
